Made in Italy, this solid and compact machine is the most qualitative on the market. Practical! The machine contains a clamp to attach it to the work plane and avoid moving.
USES: This tool allows to soften the dough while controlling the thickness thanks to these 9 different positions (from 0.3mm to 2.5mm). The dough is thus flat. With it, it is also easy to make beautiful gradients or create a new tint of dough. Cleans easily with a dry cloth.

BONUS: A Cernit engine is available and can be added to automate the machine. Made in Italy - Marcato Atlas 180.
