ARTILOFT began in Switzerland in 2019 with an art school in Lausanne. The adventure continued in Montreux and then Zurich. Over the years, our workshops have brought together students, professional artists and fellow teachers through a shared love of creating and learning.
Our shop grew naturally from that experience. After years of working closely with professional art material suppliers, we wanted to share our knowledge and bring carefully chosen materials to the artists, colleagues and students around us.
In central Montreux, close to the railway station, we found a place that brought our idea together: a shop on the ground floor and an art school on the first floor.

ARTILOFT is also an online shop. You can order your art materials directly through this website, and we will be delighted to deliver them anywhere in Switzerland on favourable terms. Whether you visit us in Montreux or shop from home, our team is here to help you choose the materials for your next project.

Ksenia founded ARTILOFT and leads its schools and shop, overseeing all aspects of the project. As an artist and teacher, she brings together artistic practice, sharing knowledge and choosing materials — the three ideas at the heart of ARTILOFT.
General Manager
Irina is ARTILOFT’s general manager. She is responsible for communication and organising day-to-day processes, helping coordinate the team’s work and keep the shop running smoothly.

Alissa looks after ARTILOFT’s accounting. She is also an artist and teacher, with an in-depth knowledge of art materials shaped by her own creative practice and teaching experience.

Tanya advises customers in the shop and teaches children’s classes and botanical illustration at the school. Her experience as an artist and teacher informs her understanding of materials and their possibilities.
