We ship orders within Switzerland.
Processing time
Order preparation is included in the delivery times below, counted from payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery time
Standard delivery within Switzerland, including large-format items: 4–10 business days from payment confirmation. Priority delivery, where available at checkout: 2–5 business days from payment confirmation. These times include order preparation and transport. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, public holidays, or periods of high demand.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Free delivery is available only to our branches in Montreux, Lausanne and Zurich. Delivery to your address is charged at the rate shown at checkout.
Local pickup and delivery points
Orders for collection in Montreux, Lausanne and Zurich are usually ready in 2–4 days. Please wait for the ready-for-pickup email before visiting.
You can choose free delivery to our branches in Montreux, Lausanne and Zurich for collection. Addresses and opening hours are available on our contact page. Available collection options are shown at checkout.
Order tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking information by email after dispatch.
Incorrect shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at support@artiloft.store. We will help you check the shipment status with the carrier.
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, photos of the damaged packaging, and photos of the damaged product.
