Weighing 360 grams per m², linen offers superior durability and strength compared to cotton, making it ideal for oil paints, heavier mediums, and thick paint applications. The canvas features reinforced wooden laths (2.5 x 6.5 cm) with two extra cross-braced laths for exceptional structural support and stability. Hand-primed with acid-free, acrylic-based gesso (one layer natural glue, two gesso layers), universally prepared for oil, acrylic, and water-mixable oil colours.
