Weight: 300 grams per m². Frame constructed from FSC-certified European beechwood, measuring 2 x 4.5 cm thick, with a reinforcing cross lath for structural support. Hand-prepared primer consisting of one layer of natural glue and two layers of acid-free, acrylic-based gesso ensures excellent paint adhesion. Universally prepared for use with oil, acrylic, and water-mixable oil colours. Beading (rounded raised edge) prevents canvas contact with frame. Fitted with extra beechwood pegs for re-tensioning.
