Returns & Refunds Policy
We want customers to receive their products in good condition and with clear information before purchase.
Return window
You may contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if a product is damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or defective.
To request a return or refund, please email us at support@artiloft.store with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
Return eligibility
Returns are accepted only for products that are:
- damaged during delivery;
- defective;
- incomplete;
- incorrect compared with the order confirmation.
Products must be unused and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- used products;
- opened products that cannot be resold for hygiene, safety, or quality reasons;
- products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage;
- gift cards;
- digital products, if any.
Return shipping cost
If the return is approved because the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, Artiloft will cover the return shipping cost or provide return instructions.
If a return is requested for another reason and accepted at our discretion, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refund method
Approved refunds may be issued as store credit, replacement, or refund to the original payment method, depending on the situation and applicable payment provider rules.
Store credit, if issued, is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Inspection and processing
Returned products are inspected after arrival. We will notify you once your return has been reviewed.
Approved refunds or credits are usually processed within 5-10 business days after inspection.
Exchanges
If an item is defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement if the same product is available.
